When more space realtors invade to try and reclaim Earth again, Patty ignores Kiwi's orders to wait for Michael and charges in by herself to try & fight off these invaders alone. Will she succeed?...

Apologies once more for the delay on this. The current COVID pandemic is continuing to make me much lazier than before (and I am ashamed to admit that I'm not really putting much of an effort to try and change that lmao). 

Previously I mentioned on Twitter that I would probably have to put this project on hiatus due to me not being able to find a translator but thankfully I've managed to find one who's agreed to come onboard this project. I don't have any time estimates for when the next episode will be out but I will try and make a change to that. We'll see...

Anyways, here's Episode 3. Camille is introduced in this episode and we also see a Golgo 13-lookalike as the episode's main villain, plus some other sneaky easter eggs that were added in if you know where to search (a Minky Momo briefcase being one of them!). Enjoy!

Hana no Asuka Gumi (1987)

4 months since my last post on here, yeet!!! *dabs*
Anyways I'd like to present you all with a subbed version of the 1st Hana no Asuka Gumi OVA...getting this finished was an absolute fucking hassle. Long story short: the translator left a lot of hiccups throughout the anime, so I had to get various people to QC this---after two QCs the whole thing still looked apparently wonky so I had to get one more QCer to double-check *and* help revise the lines so that they looked less awkward than before (thank you so much Edo!!). I don't think I've ever wanted to be done with a project this badly before, and I don't mean that in a good way.

Doesn't help that this OVA was slightly mediocre too. I'd say without the doubt that the unrelated sequel to this that came out in the early 90s is definitely better.

This episode has Michael facing off a kaiju mecha piloted by some weird Roman-looking dude, voiced by Sho Hayami. Also, Patti may soon be helping Michael with his mecha fights...

Powered Armor Dorvack - Episode 04

Been a while, huh?
I'm gonna try and make more of an effort to start pumping out the rest of these episodes whenever I can. It didn't take me long to get this timed & translated (though it was a different story in regards to getting this checked for translation errors, lol) so I figure getting the rest of the episodes done shouldn't be much of an issue.

(I blame all the LPs I have to edit 😅)

Anyways. In this episode, the enemy is constructing a dam for a mysterious purpose---the Dorvack squad are assigned to spy on it. Masato insists that Louie stay behind, but the plan goes awry for the squad when the enemies discover them due to Louie's attempt at saving Masato & Pierre during the spying procedure. While those two decide to rest and let the enemy cool down for a bit, Louie decides to go out on her own and spy on them herself...

NOTE: I recently realized that Master Zeras' name is actually pronounced "Zeller", or something to that extent. Same with Pitan actually being "Peter" instead. The names have been changed in this episode and will continue on like that for the rest of the show.

As such...I've fixed the name typos in Episode 1 and 2 (among another minor type I spotted in both episodes), however I won't be releasing a v2 for them until later. I'm planning on releasing a small batch once I get to Episode 10---by then, I'll include in the v2 revisions.

Choriki Robo Galatt - Episode 01

It's finally here!! Been trying my hardest to get this one out, but I'm officially subbing Choriki Robo Galatt now 😎

Been wanting to see what this show was like after collecting the vinyl OSTs for it a while ago, and considering how much potential this seems to have for being one of the best comedic 80s anime out there, it's pretty sad to see it get neglected. Low-quality raws, no interest in getting translated...also the first episode to this was quote-unquote "subtitled" by ARR a while ago, but we already know how much of a joke they are by now. The show deserves better, so luckily I've decided to change that.

The first step was to get the DVDs for this show...they were ridiculously expensive ($400+!!) but I guess having a well-paying job pays off, no? 🙈
Anyways I decided to purchase them and send them over to starseeker from /m/subs to have them encoded. Many thanks to her for that!!
