The city which Michael & the other main characters reside in gets covered in smog on one sunny day, and as it turns out—unsurprisingly—the one behind it is none other than the voluptuous Scorcher (voiced by the queen Noriko Ohara 😍). She has no intention on getting rid of the smog unless the Governor brings Galatt to them, and so Michael, Patty, & Dr. Kiwi set out to infiltrate their hideout in the skies to resolve things once and for all.
Camille on the other hand isn't so lucky and might've gotten himself into another cross-dressing situation with Scorcher's playgirls...
