Sakuko, wanting to meet the pilots of Galatt ever so badly, records a message asking them to come visit Earth so that she may see them once more—unfortunately for Dr. Kiwi, not only does Sakuko forget to end the message with "To dear Galatt", but she sends the message throughout the entire universe! Several members of the Syndicate catch wind of this message—mistaking it as a marriage vow of sorts—and travel to Earth again with the intention of proposing to her.
Unrelated note—the typesetting for the show has now changed. What you see in this episode is what you'll see throughout the remainder of the show & the previously-released episodes too; at least, once I inevitably get around to making a full batch for this anime.
