I present to you guys another collaboration with FemboyFilms, and one that I've been REALLY looking forward to releasing for some time now 🤠

This is an English fansub of the 1987 movie "Kentauros no Densetsu", based off the manga of the same name. To date, this movie unfortunately still hasn't made it past VHS/LD officially, but that changes with this release. This fansub utilizes an HD scan taken straight from a 16mm copy of the movie!

I secured the reels from a Yahoo Auctions JP listing in 2019—only until a few months did I finally get it scanned thanks to the guys at FemboyFilms. After the movie was scanned & encoded, I took it upon myself to carefully stitch the audio track from the VHS version of the movie onto the 16mm scan, as it used optical mono audio that I wasn't satisfied with. LOTS of tiring edits had to made, but...it's finally done.

Also included with the movie is a subbed version of an omake that only plays at the end of the movie on the VHS release (and presumably on the LD too?). Just a heads-up: when the boss says "As mentioned in the beginning", it refers to an on-screen message that plays before the movie starts but *only* on the home media release. The message translates as follows:

This work was produced as a feature length animated film based on the graphic novel "Kentauros." The lives of these unknown riders spelled out in this story are inherited proudly by many riders today, and "Kentauros," which still exists in Yokohama, continues to create new "legends" to this day.

Sonic Soldier Borgman - Batch Torrent #1 (Episodes 01 - 04)

So...this might come across as a surprise. A batch torrent? And why so early into the show?

Well, as it turns out: one of the only (proper) English translation projects for Borgman—a super old fansub from many years ago—only made it up to Episode 04 before ultimately getting dropped.

As such, I kinda just felt like making a batch torrent to compile the exact same number of episodes that said fansub group reached before calling it quits. Can't help it!

By the way, this batch torrent also utilizes a couple of changes I made for Episodes 01 through 03. They aren't much, but I'll list them anyways:

1. Fixed a few typos that were missed in Episode 2

2. Changed the "Borg, get on" catchphrase by dropping the comma after "Borg". Official sources seem to have it written out without the comma, so I want to have the subs reflect that. Same goes for the "Battle get on" catchphrase that's used in one of these episodes as well

3. Removed all instances of the Borgman members being referred to as "Borgmen". The changes applied vary per episode.

4. All instances of "the Borgman project" will now be referred to as "Project Borgman" from this point on.

5. Dust Jead will now be written out as Dust Gead.

That's about it.

Oh, one more thing: this torrent also contains the first ever release of Episode 4—just a heads-up!

Also he's voiced by Kaneto Shiozawa, so that really doesn't give you a reason to not watch this.

Choriki Robo Galatt - Batch Torrent #1 (Episodes 01 - 08)

Here's the first batch for Choriki Robo Galatt, containing all the episodes I've currently subbed so far—it being 01 through 08. This batch is to help organize the episodes into one single torrent to make it easier for people to download, but also to give me an opportunity to update several things within the subs for these episodes where needed. I'll also be deleting the torrents I uploaded for the individual uploads previously as a result of this.

In the case of this particular batch...pretty much every episode had to be updated, though it's mostly minor things. A list of the updates can be found below:

1. OP English subs have been updated for the first few episodes to keep it consistent with the rest

2. Timing for the OP/ED subs have been changed

Previously I had them timed to the actual singing during the OP/ED but I've decided to have them timed to whenever the lyrics show up & disappear on-screen instead.

3. Changed "Professor" to "Doctor"

I don't know how I missed this, but I had Kiwi's name laid out as a "Professor" when he literally refers to himself as "Dokutaa" (Doctor) in one of the episodes...I completely forgot if the more recent episodes have this addressed as such, but I know for sure the early episodes didn't have this, so this has been fixed.

4. First episode had Kiwi's name written as "Kyuui"—not incorrect by all means, but I'm changing it to Kiwi accordingly to make it consistent with the other episodes.

5. Changed Sea Lion's name to Rakko in Episode 3

6. Made some minor adjustments to the ED lyrics in Episode 1

7. Episode 8 had a Beat Takeshi reference which was missed the first time—this has been addressed and fixed now

Here's a little something I've been meaning to get subbed for a while now! Wonder Beat Scramble was an 80s TV anime show about the adventures of the Wonder Beat crew as they fight off aliens that invade human bodies in search of a key to the secret of life. Osamu Tezuka was a supervisor for this show and it happened to be the very last TV anime Tezuka was ever involved with before his passing several years later.

The now out-of-print DVD set for Wonder Beat S includes as an extra an early pilot version of one of the show's episodes, plus a short "profile" extra that introduces the show and its characters to the viewer. The character designs shown here are vastly different than their final designs used for the show later.

Just in time for the movie's 36th anniversary!!

This is a fun cheesy movie from the 80s featuring Momoko Kikuchi that tells the story of a high school student who discovers one day that she has psychic powers. She, alongside several other students with the same powers, attempt to take down an evil Esper that wishes to take over the world with an army of psychic soldiers that he is slowly building. Momoko also attempts to fix her past during the adventure...

I had subbed this years ago but I only kept it exclusively uploaded onto YouTube at the time—said upload has since then been taken down from someone that worked on the movie unfortunately! So this time I'm keeping this version of the movie on Nyaa for now.

This version of the fansub uses a new encode of the movie, taken straight from an official DVD version of the movie that is sadly only currently included in a now out-of-print (and rather expensive) Momoko Kikuchi premium box set. I've also made some slight changes to a few lines in the movie as well.

Included with the movie is a short interview starring Kikuchi, plus several trailers for the movie—both of which have been translated. Also including my FLAC rip of the movie's CD OST too.

Felt like starting work on a new show, because why not?

I don't remember when I started hearing about Sonic Soldier Borgman but I do know that I've known about it for a couple of years now.

I also know that the entirety of the show has shitty HK English subs, and Chinese subs as well.

After having skimmed through a couple of clips from this anime before, I'm genuinely confused that nobody has considered properly translating this yet. I've been wanting to watch this for some time now so I figured I'd get it subbed myself 🦛

Perhaps it's too early for me to even say anything yet—but this was a LOT easier to time compared to Galatt. Maybe I'll be able to get episodes out from this show quicker, but I can't promise anything yet.
